Mr. Coval founded the firm in 1980 and it is presently located in Easton, Massachusetts. The business is completely computerized and is the center point of a vast array of networking professionals. Mr. Coval insists upon a personal one-to-one relationship with all his clients.  Mr. Coval has clients located up and down the East Coast and as far west as California, which require expertise ranging from personal tax return services to small business financial accounting. 

During the 1980's Mr. Coval has dealt with individuals, estates, small businesses as well as non-profit organizations. Mr. Coval was able to adjust to the increased difficulties brought about by the changing economics of the 1990's by adding bankruptcy consultation services to his resume. He is known and respected by many bankruptcy attorneys. Mr. Coval also added forensic accounting and divorce consultation as service to both his clients and attorneys.

The firm provides advice on: asset protection, tax problems and bankruptcy issues, in addition to the accounting and tax services which have always been its base and backbone.
